Is Reiki for You?

With Holy Fire Reiki, there are many reasons why one would want to become a practitioner. 

Whether you are looking to do Reiki as a service offering for your loved ones or clients, or whether you are just looking to help yourself with a chronic illness, spiritual development, psychic development, well being or goal manifestations, there are many reasons one might seek out Reiki Training. For myself, when I took my levels in 2017, it was to add Reiki to my Tarot reading practice. What I found was something MUCH more meaningful. Let's talk about the benefits of obtaining each level, and then we'll talk about class details.

Reiki Level I Benefits:

• Self Reiki Treatments. Learning to do Reiki on yourself or your friends and family (You cannot charge for Reiki sessions until you are at a level II, you need to be at a level II to practice in Ontario.) Reiki level one will teach you how to carry out a self Reiki session and a session beginning to end for another, so you can practice on your friends and family, and yourself.

• Getting relief for chronic conditions. Reiki can help manage symptoms from medications, it can help reduce pain, fatigue, improve well being, reduce anxiety, improve energetic circulation, help someone reduce things like mental chatter or looping thought patterns that bring distress. Reiki is and always has been a huge tool for my own chronic conditions and I highly recommend it if you struggle with chronic mental health conditions or physical health conditions.

• Improved flow of energy. What a lot of people may not realize is that Reiki has a profound effect on the mind and body in terms of energetic harmony. Having your level 1 will allow you to work on these things consciously. It will also help you open up your psychic gifts, have a deeper connection to the universe and all that is, and help you improve your energetic circulation- resulting in stronger well being in the body.

• Practice hours. In your level I, for about half our time together, we're going to be practicing Reiki techniques, helping you develop your Reiki skills, and you will be working on another student for this with instant feedback. 

Reiki Level II Benefits 

• Being able to legally be a practitioner and begin charging for sessions

• Professional advice is given in your Reiki level II class on starting a business with Reiki and how to use your second level's energies to help you achieve this. We will cover everything from starting up, FAQ's, how to build your biz, marketing, all that good stuff, to make you feel super secure in starting off your Reiki practice should that be your aim, or should you wish for that as an eventual aim.

• Stronger Reiki energy. There's a very large energy bump between a level I and II. I typically host these levels one after the other, but for those that do it seperately, they have said there is a strong and noticeable increase. 

• Your Reiki symbols.  Reiki symbols are symbols that contain a strong spiritual frequency that allow Reiki to work on things in a directed manner. You will gain the ability to do distant Reiki sessions with this level. You will also learn quite a bit about how to use the symbols in your day to day life, goal manifestation, distant healing, energy protection and so many more benefits that come along with the use of these symbols. 

• Enhancement of your psychic gifts. Many people notice this right away, and there is a jump from level I to II as well, but you will learn many psychic development techniques that use Reiki in this class, and will also receive education on psychic abilities to assist you with what comes through in a Reiki session.

• Practice hours. With each level, you will be doing practice hours. It's about half of our time together. This serves to walk you through a full session, beginning to end, and you will perform a session on someone as well as receive one, including an intake form, closing a session, and aftercare. We also will go over many different Reiki training methods, including the more traditional styles of Reiki, to help you get very used to and flow with the energy.

Class Summary & Course Fees

CLASS SUMMARY:

As mentioned above, a level I will give you the ability to work on yourself and others, and a level II will give you your ability to be a Reiki Practitioner. We will activate your Reiki energy through a Placement of the energy (In other systems, this is known as an attunement.) In your level II, you will receive your symbols, learn how to use the symbols in sessions as well as in your daily life. You will learn how to perform a distant healing session, as well as what Reiki will do for you, how you will grow with it, how it will guide you. We do a few Reiki Experiences as well, which allow for the Reiki to sink in more deeply, which are very deep and meaningful experiences we will share together. With each day, about half the day is practicing time with various Reiki techniques relevant to each level, which you will be working with either another student in your classroom or a local Reiki practitioner to carry out these Reiki techniques, as well as running an entire session together, start to finish. We also talk about all the ins and outs of starting up a business as a Reiki practitioner, as well as what it means to be a Reiki Master, and if that's something you'd like to pursue. 

We do go over all of the history of Reiki, and we spend some time on the body's energy systems. You're going to want to bring something to take notes with! We also go over all of the hand positions for a session, chair Reiki, various Japanese Reiki techniques, and more together.

You will receive a digital copy of your manual, Reiki the Healing Touch First and Second Degree Manual, by the International Centre for Reiki Training. You will also receive a certification for each level.
