What is Energy Mastery?

Energy Mastery is a collection of tools. It's not a learning membership, or anything you need to keep tabs on. It's there for you, when you want to use it and it works at your chosen pace. 

It's a collection of healing sessions. Specifically, they are aimed at releasing energy blocks. It's not really there to enhance your spirituality- it's there to help you have a more balanced, flowing, harmonious life- which in turn, opens up your spirituality. This is the entire foundation of spirituality, when it's embodied..and it often goes overlooked. The real inner work..is in your life. Not on how well you can read auras. Not on how many messages you get. It's in how connected YOU are, to YOURSELF. 

These sessions don't require meditation- they just require listening and the energies will work on you. There are sessions for every area of life, because everyone's needs are different. You can also suggest exactly what you need, for free, in the platform to be created.

It does feature a lot of tools for spiritual and psychic work because that is something many people in my audience need help with- and in there you'll find the same tools I myself use every day. So if you're looking for top notch psychic maintenance and protection, Energy Mastery has you covered.

I built it for people who aren’t broken, aren’t unskilled, and aren’t “behind” — just worn down from holding emotional weight, repeating the same patterns, and doing the work without it fully landing in daily life. Your spirituality might feel like a never-ending list, or like answers are hard to find, and you're yearning for practical solutions that cut the guesswork and are readily available where you are, when you need them.

This isn’t about becoming more spiritual- though yes, that happens naturally with the work.

How does Energy Mastery help a damaged nervous system?

I am the owner of a damaged nervous system. I created Energy Mastery, and all the tools within it, to help myself through my own healing journey. I am someone with a few chronic health issues- like POTS, which pertains to the nervous system. I also take on so much energy that nervous system regulation doing what I do can be a huge challenge, and this is a reason why I've created so many sessions for professional level psychic energy maintenance. 

The sessions in Energy Mastery are relaxing, deeply clearing and grounding. The music is chosen very intentionally to help put your body at ease, with most music used in the 50bpm range- allowing for your nervous system to relax.

Energy Mastery is comprised of many things, but the core of those things, are Reiki Experiences and Healing sessions, which all share the benefit of reducing looping thoughts, chronic anxiety, being deeply grounding, improving energy flow, decluttering the mind, reducing pain and improving well-being. These are just the base features the sessions provide- let alone what I program them to provide additionally. 

I personally have had amazing success using these tools for my health, and have seen many of my clients enjoy that same success- helping them feel like they have something in their pocket that can help with the unpredictability our health can sometimes bring to us.  Like Reiki,  Reiki Experiences are excellent to use alongside your care to reduce side affects and/or symptoms. It is not a replacement for medical care- but it does thrive alongside it and assist in many ways. 

There is of course, also an energy root to a frayed nervous system. For many of us, the issues that contribute are in fact energy related. They also can be stress related and symptom related. The sessions in Energy Mastery help with all of these areas. 

How do these sessions work, energetically?

That depends on the session type you choose. There is a breakdown of this in Energy Mastery if you ever need to reference it, in the start here, so don't worry about getting it wrong! Let's go through type by type.

ACTIVATIONS:  These attune and activate your energy. They are unique in nature- meant to bring down cosmic energies to bring something new to the field and recalibrate it. Simply listen, and watch your life change as these new energies integrate. Most people notice a shift the same day or the day after with these.

REIKI EXPERIENCES: The heart of Energy Mastery. Now, you'll feel a nervous system shift right away with these. However, Reiki Experiences are block centered so they work for up to 14 days in your field. They will keep chipping down at things until the block is gone. This is why you should not repeat the same experience too often- give it some time to integrate. It works on the soul contract level and the auric field level. This means, they will shift whatever is able to be released at a soul deep level for you- often working on causes you might not even be aware of, like deep energy patterns from your family's lineage, your soul's lineage, past lives, and your current life.  They also bring DEEP guidance. With these, you will either receive the guidance in the session or the moment your field is ready for it in the coming days.  They provide all the same benefits as a Reiki Session, but Reiki Session do not work on your soul contracts.  A soul contract, is part of why you're here, what you're meant to learn here, what lessons you are navigating and what you came to work on and heal. Much of the time when we heal something, we do not let it go either, it keeps looping in the field. They do a great job at clearing your field as well- and do so much that does not meet the eye immediately. Expect the results to continue for up to two weeks, but you can repeat them every few days or as needed, perhaps once a week- see how you feel, but give it time to integrate.

JOURNEYS: These bring messages. They also bring healing from other planes/realms. You can meet your guides here, talk to your ancestors, they will often show up in animal form to you here. These do bring healing- but it's often not immediate though you will feel better after doing a journey. Let it cook, basically and you're going to know what everything means when it lands and the healing has processed. 

HEALING SESSIONS: These are often Reiki sessions unless otherwise specified. You feel these immediately, like you would a Reiki session. While you will see results of it in the days after the session, they too work for up to 14 days, you will typically be able to feel the shift pretty quickly. 

ENERGY WORK: We are literally movin' and shakin' things in your energy. Sometimes we want to target something mega specific, and that's when I'm going to use targeted energy work. For these, you DO need to be present and listening and visualizing. Do these when you have the mental space for that. If not, choose a Reiki session on a similar theme. You will feel this immediately , but you will see results over the coming days with these as well, as they too continue to process after a session is done.

SUBLIMINALS: Just let them play, and they work at your subconscious.  You don't need to hear what it's saying- it's better if you don't.  You will start to see them work with repetition usually. They do need to change your subconscious so use them often. Daily is best for these if you need a shift really quickly. They are actually great to use in tandem with the experiences, as in, you do an experience on eday, a subliminal that's related that night or playing as you move about your day. These do not need active listening, they're passive by nature. Just let them integrate, and you'll see their results quickly.  

How do I show up to these sessions? 

You show up however you are. They don't require meditation, they just require your energy. You can even have the audio turned off if it's a Reiki Experience or healing session. With Energy Work and Journeys, you'd need the audio on. You can show up unfocused, a mess, or you can show up ready to meditate so deeply you float off the earth, however you're feeling, these sessions will meet you where you are. The work is taken care of for you- all you need, is to receive. 

How does Energy Mastery differ from other spiritual tools and memberships?

The angle we work at. Most memberships are focused on creating a deeper spiritual connection- by connecting to the beings. This is not wrong, by any means, but I like to look at the foundation to everything. You can find ways to connect everywhere you look. What you may not find, is how to build a healthy foundation within the individual for their spirituality to thrive- for them to be able to trust themselves, for them to be able to have support that is constantly available. For that connection to be so ever present because THEY are good within themselves- that it naturally has a thriving home in their life. 

The other thing we really work on, is releasing trauma and looping energies. This is not something most people want to do. They would rather spend time working at their third eye for ever and ever and wondering why they aren't mega psychic yet. You can do that... but it won't help you. Trust me. Reiki Experiences can do this without causing reprocessing- so the work is gentle. We're not taking your mind to bootcamp. We're not teaching you to change your mindset. In Energy Mastery, we are quietly holding space and bringing tools to you, so this can happen naturally without feeling like it's forced or another thing for you to work on, or carry.  There are many memberships that do that- it is not the goal. 

I also have sessions in Energy Mastery on healing your relationship to your psychic gifts- to help you be more accurate, have a deeper relationship with you and your team, to see your team's roles in your life, facilitating contact and opening your clairs through healing, not through consciously trying to open them, so you can relax into the process and trust the natural flow of the opening it brings. 

We do also have audios to teach you how to connect to your spirit team, the angels, and the ascended masters- these are TRAINING audios that you can do in the moment with no experience. I am helping you learn how to access these beings safely yourself- so the tools are in your pocket. You could do mentorship with me, of course- or, you could have those tools in your back pocket to work on as. you choose, when you need them.

In most of the memberships i've been in, and i've been in a few, it is mostly focused on mindset work. We do have help for that as well but I wanted to create a whole ecosystem. When you need to understand something- check the spiritual lessons. When you need to heal something, move something- that's there too, and they can work together beautifully- but you're not missing any steps with the content in Energy Mastery.  It is meant that you can have all the tools you need in one place- regardless of their type, and constantly available. 

Most memberships I've been in also had challenges and things that you needed to do. Energy Mastery may contain challenges, however, they are voluntary- the root is all the sessions already available in the membership. The membership is geared also for a better life- not just one area, not to just heal love, or money. It works at the ecosystem of energies in your life.  Most memberships are not looking at balance- they are looking at fixing one area. This is not what Energy Mastery is about. We are aiming for balance and harmony in your life, and in your field, in ways that meet you where you're at.

I would also say, not many memberships I've been in have been built by people who actually understand energetic maintenance and defence the way that I do. I have 20 years of experience, that is rare in this industry, and my focus is not just on psychic work- my focus is on the harmony of the individual. Also a more niche area. With 7 years of being a Reiki Master Teacher, I have worked on the energy of thousands, especially with Sanctuary, my Etsy platform, I have worked with people all over the world- sometimes taking on 30 sessions in a day. I am very, very deeply aware of energy, the other side, manifestation, and how things actually work. I'd like to show you, instead of explaining abstract concepts that you might not understand. The work, facilitates it naturally without effort- so that understanding just lands through the spaciousness Energy Mastery is designed to create. As a channel, my aim is different than that of a psychic- While I do retrieve information for you, my soul contract is geared to help you clear, align and live in harmony, to reconnect to source energies. So I've built Energy Mastery around my soul's niche and its essence- to help you have a better life.  To do this, I've channeled Ascended Masters and Archangels, and went right to source for what it is that is most needed for the collective I work for, so I can work on the real problems people might not be aware they are facing, and to simplify their access to that kind of work.
