Magical Mondays is a fresh start to your week, every week, with a heavy dose of whimsy and  channeled messages for the energetic themes of the week ahead. Every week, I dive into channeling for my collective- this work is heavily rooted in the elementals, we often talk to the fae, wizards, dragons, unicorns- things are certainly magical. But the tea, is the spiritual activators they bring through, that can be worn or used to balance the energies coming through the collective or to assist one with the current energies and lessons coming through. We go through these channeled messages, and do a short reading to set up your week, every Monday, 

Frequency Fridays

Welcome to your weekly stress melt and reset. We do a little collective reading for messages for your weekend, keeping it light- and then, we shower your field with light, deeply cleanse and reset your energy field, melt the stress away, heal your auric field, reconnect you to source and ground your energy. The Soft Life Reset is all about rebuilding your energy body from the ground up.
