Connect
to all that you are
It's not about getting there, it's about what's here.
Get weekly energy updates, insights, events and psychic messages right to your inbox.
Connection, is the foundation to every single piece of your life.
When I took my Reiki level 1- I had the craziest experience. We were led to a log, washed up on the shore. This particular session, was meant to remove anything not in resonance with Reiki that might be in your energy body.
When I leaned against the log- my heartbeat synched to the universe. I experienced a different level of consciousness- the interconnectedness of all things. I was everything. Everything was me. There was no separation. Only unity. I have never felt anything like it- and that taught me that, it was my role to cultivate it in my own life- and share that with you.
Our lives are built on a foundation. If our caregivers were healthy, and our lineage was healthy, maybe we have a great foundation. But maybe, we don't, and maybe that's what brought you here.
All of my tools, all of my work, centres around building a life you love to live- through your connection to yourself, to spirit, to this incredible world around you- to all that is.
So if you're needing to reconnect. If you're desiring to build a life that truly fulfills you. If you're wanting to open up your psychic abilities. If you're wanting to deepen your relationship to yourself, spirit, and everything around you-
You're in the right place.
Come experience the life you were always meant to live- by releasing, with love, what is not you- and embracing everything that truly is <3

Kayla is amazing at tarot reading! You will NOT be disappointed, she is spot on! She will have you smiling, thinking 'OMG' 'No way!' 'Wow' 'How did she know that?' She's friendly, supportive and offers great advice. Give her a try, you will not be disappointed. If I could give her 10 stars, I would!
Taylor

Live lighter, shine brighter
Life gets busy. Things get heavy. As a spiritual person, some things get lost in translation and keeping everything juggled can be... a lot.
Connecting with yourself spiritually can feel like it becomes another chore or something you don't have time for, and the relationship with yourself can become something you no longer have the time/space/energy for.
But when you don't nurture that sacred relationship, everything in your life falls out of alignment- you can become someone you don't recognize, and the life around you, doesn't reflect you anymore.
As a burnt out, chronically ill human myself, I completely understand, and a few years ago, i brought this up to my team and Energy Mastery was born.
A library of meditation-free sessions that you just need to listen to- even with the volume off- that move the energy to solve the issues. Just hit play. 30 day programs meant to deeply move the energy for you on a desired subject. Sessions to listen to while you sleep that bring deep healing to you.
You need healing that meets you where you are- that helps you reconnect, not adds to your workload. Make reconnecting a priority- and do it in a way that adds to your life, not detracts.

I've had very positive experiences with Kayla.. She is always understanding of concerns I may have before a reiki session, and thoroughly explains to me what to expect / how the session will take place. She never hesitates to answer any questions I may have. She is also comforting during sessions. She allows me to choose what is best for me. Which means a lot to me that she is respectful of my boundaries. There was a session where I was so overwhelmed (which was not her fault, as I was dealing with a traumatic issue) and I had asked her if it was ok to stop and continue another day, she completely respected my request and didn't push me to continue / put me in an uncomfortable situation. This really showed me that she truly cares for her clients wellbeing and comfortability.I highly recommend Kayla because of her excellent customer service, but also because I know from experience that reiki sessions with her are beneficial, and in my case, life changing..

I'm not going to lie, I was very nervous about taking the plunge into trying a reiki session. Kayla was amazing at reassuring me and making me feel at ease about it all. BEST DECISION IVE EVER MADE! I suffer from a few chronic/ autoimmune disorders as well as some mental health issues, and these sessions have given me hope in regards to my conditions. The sensations that are experienced during these sessions are amazing and feel amazing for days if not weeks. I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!
