When I took my Reiki level 1- I had the craziest experience. We were led to a log, washed up on the shore. This particular session, was meant to remove anything not in resonance with Reiki that might be in your energy body.
When I leaned against the log- my heartbeat synched to the universe. I experienced a different level of consciousness- the interconnectedness of all things. I was everything. Everything was me. There was no separation. Only unity. I have never felt anything like it- and that taught me that, it was my role to cultivate it in my own life- and share that with you.
Our lives are built on a foundation. If our caregivers were healthy, and our lineage was healthy, maybe we have a great foundation. But maybe, we don't, and maybe that's what brought you here.

I've had very positive experiences with Kayla.. She is always understanding of concerns I may have before a reiki session, and thoroughly explains to me what to expect / how the session will take place. She never hesitates to answer any questions I may have. She is also comforting during sessions. She allows me to choose what is best for me. Which means a lot to me that she is respectful of my boundaries. There was a session where I was so overwhelmed (which was not her fault, as I was dealing with a traumatic issue) and I had asked her if it was ok to stop and continue another day, she completely respected my request and didn't push me to continue / put me in an uncomfortable situation.
