Wow, it's a little intense out there?!

Things have been just a LITTLE crazy this week, collectively.

In my readings and healing sessions, and in my channeling, I've been seeing a really distinctive pattern... the inability to break a loop that is causing chaos, seperation and confusion.

But the soul isn't seeing through it.

One thing to know with an issue like this- there are layers. 

The first layer, being that the soul is wearing the body like a hat, so to speak, and they actually communicate with one another. They need to be aligned to one another, for the life experience to be really smooth. 

When you've chosen something tough to battle out, a DEEP soul lesson, as we often see in Scorpio season that just passed but really, throughout retrograde season...

The mind and body tend to take over.

Your body has its own karma. That's why you chose the body you did. It has its OWN energies, its own blood memory, its own patterns, narratives... and while in this lifetime, the soul and body have learned as one, I'm sure most people would be so surprised to know when the soul and body disconnect.

When the soul and body disconnect, it is a PROBLEM. Why? The soul cannot break through. What's more, the intuition usually also cannot break through and neither can the spirit guides.

When the body is in high gear it ISOLATES. Which means it disconnects from source. And then, it disconnects from its soul and intuition. Which is why you see people going rogue.

Have you ever talked to someone and just thought, you are so far deep in your pain that there's no way that's you talking right now? 

Bingo.

So what do we do, when something like this happens?

I personally reach for energy work. In Energy Mastery, I've got a few things to help you with this to get you reconnected. Staying disconnected is very difficult for the soul and body to experience- and it actually causes those narratives, limiting beliefs that are driving the entire show. Which will continually seek to disconnect you to source, cause you to manifest a bunch of stuff you don't want in your life, and make you repeat the same patterns. If you're stuck in a loop-

It's job is to help you offload all the energy blocking you, help you see the truth as to why the pattern is repeating or what is actually needing to be seen by you, integrate these parts of yourself so you can return to love and integrate these experiences too, whether that's past or present, and reconnect you to source while also balancing your divine masculine and feminine- getting your intuition and energy body back on track. 

I also like to do spirit guide readings for things like this. That's usually my next step. Why? The spirit guides can SEE where you are stuck. We often cannot. Because the soul and body are not speaking with one another, very quickly, all these layers of density and blockages can form in the energy body and...it's just energy, we just gotta clear it. Cleansing won't work here which is why I suggest more heavy duty options, but by all means, come see me if you're struggling with this- we can get you back on track. The spirit guides though?
