why does being spiritual have to be so complicated?

uh, welll... it's mostly because we aren't listening, or aren't looking in the right places-

but it's also because we don't know, what we don't know.

Nothing comes with a manual. Psychic gifts can be such beautiful things but at the same time, they can cause all sorts of issues when not managed- and how do we manage them?

Well, it's probably not with your selenite stick, or your incense. These things can help- but they are very tiny compared to the intensity needed to clear most of our energetic fields. That would be like throwing a pebble at Godzilla. 

You see, things exist in layers, and layers, and layers. And things like Selenite and Smoke cleansing- well, they only get to the layers they can immediately address. 

So, I've been at work with Joseph lately- of course- on some DEEP healing sessions. Why?

Because sometimes, we just need to move through something- but there are parts of us that will not open up, will not release.

I've been seeing this pattern so much this retrograde season-

really deep trauma coming up for release. 

Did you know our bodies hold onto this. We can heal the experience. We can heal the mindset. But if the body refuses to let go- we often keep looping the same patterns anways, and are totally clueless of the affect it's having in our lives.

So how do we get through the layers?

Well, it depends. Do you have a lot of things you want to break down? Are you in need of a whole body balancing? If so, try a Reiki Session or Energy Purging Session. 

Reiki Sessions- Regular Reiki Sessions can clear really deeply stored energy. I'm a clairvoyant, and clairaudient and so your soul and your spirit guides are yacking at me and showing me things throughout our sessions together- helping me clear at a much deeper level than I could without these gifts, helping me to peel back the layers over time to get to the root. But we also work at balancing all the layers of the auric field- removing quite a lot by the time we are through with the session, and allowing the whole body to come back into homeostasis.
