Toggling your psychic awareness...

In my years of doing psychic work, there are certainly a few times I've needed to pull in Joseph (My spirit guide) and ask him to set some boundaries on how my gifts worked.

I can't tell you how important it is to take this practice on if you are psychic and developping your gifts- and the reason is, well, it's generally wide open until you actively learn to toggle your gifts yourself with your team.

Most people will simply shut them down- I certainly did. I remember in high school, I couldn't even stand the cafeteria because the energies were so overwhelming. It would leave me feeling completely exhausted. At the time, I didn't know how to create boundaries with Joseph, and so I was left with just feeling powerless to it, not knowing the solutions that were available to me. Opening them back up was also quite a challenge. I had so many layers of resistance I had built up out of the fear of everything I had experienced. It wasn't until I learned to channel my guides that I was able to create tools to really release this. 

The problem with psychic abilities, is that they often are either too open, or too closed down. I remember as a teenager, seeing spirits made me think I was crazy. (Turns out, not crazy, but it certainly did not feel like it at the time.) I would see them everywhere- this made me feel out of control, or that I was never really alone (In the not comforting way) and this was not something I wanted to feel! 

In Energy Mastery, I've added a few sessions that can assist with this. I've created two versions of the audio- one that is energy work that can be done by anyone or if you're feeling low on energy, and one that is a spirit guide game that can help you further open your psychic gifts and learn evidential mediumship development. Energy Mastery is officially fully published and viewable. For those who had joined and didn't see anything, It was because I hadn't published the relevant modules- they didn't publish along with the class so that's all fixed! Oopsieee! 

Of course, Energy Mastery is still actively being built, but today I've added 5 new sessions. I have about... 70 meditations on my list to add into the container right now and counting. My spirit guides tell me when to add them, and how many, so it can all land in divine timing and the way that's best for those joining Energy Mastery. They also are adding more to the list as we go, and even when I get to the end of what they've given to me now, I'm going to continue adding content every week as well as anything being requested through the request a meditation feature! 

I've also added a meditation that brings you to a past life with the help of Archangel Raziel, to gain insight on how your past lives might be affecting you in the now, as well as an Energy Work session with Archangel Micheal that alows you to clear, cleanse and release your field of stuck, stagnant or discordant energies, distortions and patterns of belief, and just anything that might not be serving you at this time.
