it's timeee... to be seen!

You ever just know you're meant for something bigger, but you're just a small town girl, living in a lonely world?

You know you're meant for something bigger. You can feel it under your skin. You can feel it in the passion you feel. But...

you're also sitting here going, ok but I'm crying into a pile of cookies at 3AM and my life is a mess- HOW, could it be ME?

Well, the thing is, all the best leaders were a mess at one point and it's through their mess that they learned to embrace everything that makes them, uniquely them, and you're supposed to be uniquely you.....

and yet you're over here in your cookies, thinking you're not good enough.

BUT YOU ARE!

In fact, your quirky brand of weird, is literally what draws people into you. If you have a big mission, you are going to look like a mess- and that is where you find your REAL.

And, if you're meant for something bigger, you're probably going to see a lot of failure, a lot of setbacks, a lot of powerlessness- and hey, did you know that story, is the exact thing that provokes your genius? and it also helps others see you, connect with you- your vulnerability is your POWER. 

And did you know the very thing that is keeping you stuck is how much you care? And that's a beautiful thing, it really is, but we've got to get you no longer worried about how you're perceived and accept that you HAVE to be perceived, for you to be seen? For you to connect to the people that need you?

And did you also know, that it's not through PERFECTION, that they're going to find you? Who wants to work with someone who's perfect?!  That makes people feel judged... people want someone they can be real with. And so they need to see your MESSY!

If you're having trouble with the idea of being seen, if you're constantly wondering if you're good enough, if you're feeling like you couldn't POSSIBLY be meant for shoes as big as the ones you know in your soul you're meant to fill...
