it's monday- and that's for magical mondays.
I've been talking to my spirit guides way too much, as a girl does-
and they've been coming to me with quite a few things they want me to create.
I was in channeling on Sunday, and they were like...so what you doin' monday morninggg?
And then they got me to create a weekly channeling session for you!
This session is less about predictions though there will be some of those in there, it's more about, how do you deal with what's coming up. It's more about, how do you cope. What can you do. What are the energies coming up. There is a reading involved, but it's more themed to navigating the life lessons that are present in the current energy.
This morning, when I went to do my daily spirit guide check in (if you want the deets, she's in Energy Mastery!) and they told me that they wanted to bring through things that share light codes. Light codes are energy upgrades that can help you integrate what you need to in life, and upgrade your energy. So they brought through scents, colours, crystals, symbols- as well as collective themes and lessons for the week ahead.

We've also got some new updates to The Temple Within.
It turns out, the episodes I uploaded, were not uploading- and now we have weekly episodes. That content will come out every Sunday. I've got 4 new episodes released- how to choose what you want to see in 2026 energetically, my favourite lessons of 2025, and why immediate clarity isn't always the point of getting a reading- and that episode centers on what you can learn from a reading years after you've received it, and how that's shown itself in my life from readings I've received. (And why I fully encourage you to always record a reading with me, or anyone you see.)
And we'll have a new episode dropping this Sunday!
Lastly, I've got two things about to surface- one, is a meditation package, 4 grouped sessions, on returning to the self, and that will be making its way online in the coming days, just in time for Valentine's day <3
And the other, I've brought in group spellwork to Flora Fauna. My spirit guides have been asking me to do this, so I've created a group spell at their request for the Chinese New Year. This working is a banishment (releasing what does not serve and keeping it gone), a transmutation (taking what you don't want that's active in your life and turning it into what you do) a blessing (calling in divine energies to support you while you make the transitions of 2026) and lastly, a road opening (removing blockages, clearing pathways) to 7 areas of your life- mental clarity and decision making, inner guidance and intuition, your sense of self, nourishment, relationships, purpose and material stability.
