how to tap into solutions, when you're feeling powerless!

Sometimes in our health journey or spiritual journey, we hit a wall. 

I know all too well what that's like. And when it comes to needing to find a solution... well, that's a whole other wall. 

Sometimes these things are much, much easier to access spiritually.

In my own health and mental health journey over the years, I've seen firsthand how much working on the spiritual level can improve your health- and in ways one perhaps would not expect. 

Many people would expect it to be related to reducing anxiety... and yes, of course, energy healing and energy work can assist with that. So can magic, and many other routes one might take spiritually to assist them with their health.

But the thing that I've noticed most, is that working spiritually can bring you solutions and guidance that life simply would not bring you otherwise; at least, not without great effort, perhaps a really amazing medical team, a well connected network to specialists, access to specialists, even. 

These things, especially depending on where you live, can be hard to navigate. 

I know in my own health journey I've often found those things to be very hard to navigate.

So what do you do when you hit that wall? When you feel the resources you need, aren't accessible to you?

You turn to your spirit team. Now, how can they help you when the real world isn't? Well, the answer is, they are the, singlehandedly most resourced beings you could ever hope to have on your side and the best part is, you don't need to be a medium to access them. You just have to ask. 

They have the ability to see what the fastest, simplest route to a solution is for you and trust me, it's usually not what you think. Sometimes they suggest the tiniest tweaks to me, that make a MASSIVE difference in my wellbeing- when I had thought I was totally powerless. 

This has been things like recommending things to me that I've then brought to my family doctor and asked about, and been approved for. This has been things like small modifications to daily routines that made immense differences. This has even been things like getting an appointment set up when I was having trouble, or connecting me to someone who knew exactly what I was dealing with and could help me solve a problem when I had the narrative that there was no solution in sight, and felt helpess. They've even helped me connect to services locally I did not know existed- and through a conversation with a stranger, led me to exactly what I needed. 

Another layer, is many of our health issues can have a spiritual root. When this is addressed, it can really help the issue lighten or be much more manageable. In some cases, it might even heal the issue, but of course this is on the rarer side- but I've experienced it myself with my guides. Did it take some time? Yes. But without them, I don't know that I'd have the health I do today, because I certainly can see the changes and how much they've impacted me positively. It's a process to heal, at the end of the day, and when your guides are involved with you, it becomes a lot easier to walk that path. 

Here's something you can use to ask your guides for assistance with a health issue, by thinking it in your mind, or saying it out loud. You want to make sure you're coming from a very honest place asking this, so maybe ask on a day you're really feeling it- that energy is very powerful. 

"Spirit guides, I'm at a loss on what to do with this health issue. (Let them know why you are.) I've tried x and y, and... I just feel like I'm hitting a wall.

Please, align me to be able to see what I might be missing. Please, direct me to the steps, the resources, the help, the healing, the knowledge, whatever it may be that will help me overcome this, and feel more steady in my health journey. I ask for your divine intervention, and continued guidance on this issue. Please Spirit Guides, above all, I just want to feel like I have power here- show me where I have power to make the changes I need to, and show me the avenues for those changes, and bring me the available resources I need to make those changes. If this is not something I am able to do now, please bring me the knowledge on what I might need to know to bring this divine guidance in. Thank you in advance. I appreciate your direct attention and speedy involvement in this matter." 

This prayer covers all your bases and also asks your spirit guides for their divine intervention which is key- to get any help from a spirit guide, you need to be asking for it and the more you ask, the more they help <3

This might sound very woo woo, but, you can transform body pain into another energy. Will it solve the problem? No, but it will release pain in the body and turn that current into another energy. You can use this with anything- My personal favourite when I'm in a flare up is transmuting body pain, stress or anger into money, or, if you are in need of solutions, you can turn the energy into solutions. I've also done it to transform the energy into heightened life force, to recharge my energy battery. Give it a try, and keep an eye on your life over the next few days. Sometimes when we are struggling with something we create such a large energy output, and well, it just lingers- unless we consciously change its form. The energy is there anyways, why not put it to good use! And, it really does help you feel lighter when dealing with a health struggle. A member recently shared that they had done the Transmutation Chamber energy work session and it had removed all the pain in her body through an emotional root-she had chosen to transmute the energy of fear, and when she had finished the exercise, she had noticed all the pain in her body was gone. Sometimes our emotional pain, can turn into body pain. This is a big reason why I experience pain myself, as someone who absorbs so much energy. 

• Spirit Guide Request for Assistance, Universal Boundary letter & General Spirit Guide Connection Audio

These can be found in the spirit guide temple section in Energy Mastery, but you can use these to have a chat with your spirit guides 1:1 through your clairsenses to be able to receive divine guidance on a health issue. They are created with the steps in mind for you to easily follow, and I use these myself quite often when there's something I need to sort out with my guides. All of these trigger energetic changes. When you talk to your spirit guides, they receive something I like to call "paperwork". They then file this, and ask the team on the other side in charge of you, in charge of your soul contracts, what can be done. It's like playing chess- they will re-align you to what is needed. There are often shifts needed from you and this will prompt these, as well as divine guidance and resources. Expect for something sticky for it to be an ongoing process. When I was focusing on really healing my nervous system with these tools, it took about a year because it was a very mutli-layered issue for me.
