How to keep your auric field healthy!

One of my favourite things to teach — and if you’ve been in my world for more than five minutes, you already know — is keeping your auric field healthy.

Why?
Because your auric field runs everything.
Your mood. Your magnetism. Your intuition. Your vitality. Your ability to manifest.
All of it.

You could be the most positive, sunshine-beam-of-a-human ever… but if your aura has rips, if you’re holding other people’s energy, if old trauma patterns are looping, if limiting beliefs are stuck in the field — your life force slows down. Your guidance gets fuzzy. Your magnetism dims. And your body feels it first. 

You also take on the energy of others because you don't have auric boundaries. You carry unnecessary mood, energetic weight, thought patterns...all kinds of things that aren't even from you. Who needs that!
