Have you ever felt like your receiving in a certain area of your life was just… capped?
No matter how much meditation, energy clearing, or manifestation magic you try… you just can’t seem to move it?
Maybe you notice that you keep pulling in the same types of experiences over and over. You might even get into a relationship and think, “Oh, this person is SO much better than the last one!”… only to realize after a few months that the improvement is barely noticeable, or that the same patterns are still there, just slightly less intense.
Why does this happen?
We all have limits in every area of our energy field, and it’s our nervous system that sets them—not our mind.
Your body has a kind of thermostat quietly saying:
“Nope. I won’t take more than this.”
Why? Because it perceives danger in the unknown. It’s used to less, not more. It’s afraid of expansiveness because what it already knows hasn’t always been kind.
Even if, on a conscious level, you know you’re ready to grow… somewhere deep inside, something might still be saying nope. There isn't enough room.
My personal aha moment
There was a time a few years ago when I was so angry. Efforting to the max. Doing everything I knew how to do. I remember turning to Joseph and saying:
“Ok. I AM FED UP. WHAT AM I NOT GETTING HERE?”
Lucky for me, I had a chit in my intuition jar that told me it was time to visit the Akashic Records.
For those who don’t know, the Akashic Records are this vast, living library that holds all our lifetime’s information. Think of it like the ultimate “blueprint room” for your life. It’s problem-solving central, revealing exactly what’s blocking you—and trust me, the effects can be immediate.
When I went in, I met an ancestor I hadn’t even met in life—my great-grandfather on my father’s side, 3-4 generations back.
He showed me a giant pond… and yikes, it looked polluted. Full of weeds, floating debris, the works. And he said:
“Kayla… this used to be a clear space.”
I realized—he was talking about my mind.
Even after years of trauma release, there were scar tissues in my thinking patterns. My mindset, my expectations, the way I looked at the world—these were still creating blocks.
He reminded me something I now fully believe: your outlook is the key to everything in life. Your outlook, your focus, how you think and perceive.
That’s when I found light language. It clears the somatic body, the place where scars, patterns, and old mindsets hang out.
Within a week, my reality shifted dramatically. Things I thought were impossible started showing up—just like magic.
I finally had the help I was asking for- but because of how my mind was affected, I couldn't see it was in front of me all along.
