Apple Medicine to close out a cycle in your life

I certainly wasn’t expecting Joseph to pull me into the Akashic Records on a Sunday to talk about apples — but here we are. And it felt like a story worth sharing.

I’ve been doing a lot of “house cleaning” lately, in many areas of my life, but especially around career alignment. I think this is something many of us are feeling right now, as the Year of the Snake comes to a close and the Year of the Triple Fire Horse begins to gallop in.

Collectively, there are a lot of endings happening.
And with endings often comes confusion.

I love using the Akashic Records when something in my life needs to be closed. The Records respond best to clear questions, and the one I took in with me that day was simple: What is ready to be closed? That was the nudge Joseph had given me.

When I entered the Records, I immediately saw a Queen.

She stood at the center of a room, dressed in a massive, billowing red gown. In one hand, she held a red apple. In the other, a ring of golden keys.

In the Akashic Records, symbolism is everything. What you see is symbolic language — and it’s always relevant.

From the Queen alone, I knew this was about power.
From the apple, I understood abundance, fertility, growth, embodiment.

Surrounding her were jail cells. Inside them were not benevolent spirits, but energetic patterns — behaviors, beliefs, and internal loops that had once kept her stuck.

What struck me next was how easily this Queen could be mistaken for a villain. You know how that goes — when someone grows, holds boundaries, or steps fully into themselves, they often become “the bad guy” in someone else’s story. This Queen was deeply self-secure, and I could feel that projection clearly.

Then she showed me her past.

She was eating apples — and throwing them up. Over and over again. She wanted what the apple represented so badly: abundance, growth, expansion. But she couldn’t hold it. Her life, her belief systems, her patterns couldn’t support it yet.

When I first saw her, I never would have guessed she’d struggled with this. But that was the point — she had to become the version of herself who could enjoy apples. Who could embody what they offered.

The jail cells suddenly made sense.

Those locked energies were once circling her, whispering to her, destabilizing her. Even though she was doing all the “right” things to bring abundance in, she couldn’t hold it — because her inner patterns couldn’t sustain it. And instead of recognizing that, she blamed herself, which only gave those patterns more power.

She then showed me intense anxiety — chewing her nails, picking at her skin. Avoiding the real issue had taken a toll on her nervous system.

Next, she showed me her feet.

Her shoes were several sizes too small. She had forced herself into them, trying to make them work. She was in real discomfort while trying to step into her power.

Then came a mirror.

When she asked, “Who’s the fairest of them all?” the answer that came through my clairaudient channel was simple: not her. She had been deeply unfair to herself. How could she be the fairest, when she was forcing herself, into shoes two sizes too small? 

When I returned to the Records and asked what her next step was, the scene changed.

I saw a room filled with papers — everywhere. Piled so high that some of the locked energies had slipped free, simply because she couldn’t see clearly anymore.

This was about boundaries.

The Queen had too many responsibilities and no systems to manage them. She was using all her internal resources just to keep up. There was no room to grow, no room to receive, no room to embody the medicine of the apple.

And because the Akashic Records are an excellent place to close patterns, that’s exactly what I did.

Which brings me to why I’m sharing this with you.

When you're struggling with clarity... eat an apple.

When you're facing a decision you're not sure how to embody. When you need to make a big change in your life, but you can't see clearly- use an apple scented lotion or perfume on your heart Chakra. 

When you're feeling the same feeling as having papers everywhere, there's too much on your plate and not enough of you- reach for a lemon scented or apple scented floor cleaner. 

Energy lingers on floors like nobody's business and because floors catch everything and hold everything up, if you're energy sensitive, they can actually really stop you from seeing things clearly due to the overwhelming signature they hold. Lemon will cut through energy, being the best choice if you need to purify something.

If you need help with a decision and reclaiming inner power, if you need help with abundance, growth, or need to bring something new into your life but don't feel you have the space- reach for apple.  If you want the easiest route, just eat apples for about a week in whatever form you'd like, until that clarity loads into your system. You can use apple's energy to be able to lock that in. 

The issue with the feet- that was chosen direction. If you're vibing with this and also have issues with your feet, foot pain, skin issues with your feet, I personally kept bumping into things for no reason I could figure out- it was a directional issue. 

Your feet, they are the first things that bring you into a new life so when you're struggling with making a transition because like the queen, you're not letting anything go and you're wanting to do everything or be everything to everyone, you actually can't go where you need to go.

You won't be able to move forward because of the weight of everything holding you back.  Try an apple lotion on your feet. Or, give me a shout, and I can help you declutter your energy and life so you can see the path forward. 

The other thing they told me, was that cleasing the hair could go a long way with this pattern. I'm always cleansing my energy, but they said it had to specifically be my hair.

They told me that hair holds echoes of the past within it and when you are trying to move forward you might have a hard time if your hair is holding onto all that energy. Anything that can strip energy could be good here- smoke cleansing, sound cleansing. A cut and clear spray.

I know a good friend uses camphor to cleanse her hair, so I'm going to ask her about her practice- but I would imagine anything that can cleanse would work here, they just mentioned that having it cleansed on the daily could help these energies not build up or if someone does not do this regularly, they should start if they feel called.

You often don't know what is looping or why- but it's usually conditioning and this experience can help make that clear to you as well as lock the pattern up just like the queen. 

Shadow to Light Integration would be the third I'd recommend here, it helps you embody something. So when you're struggling with trauma and that's why you're not able to move forward on something- something is looping and your trauma might be why you're not seeing it. Maybe the echoes of an experience, or echoes of treatment you've received, conditioning you've grown up with- this can help you see the balanced side, the light perspective, and help you release these experiences in a very gentle and loving way, allowing you to embody the light, and a higher, more divine, source led perspective in your life.
